Kwanza Technologies doesn't require an account to shop. When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and county, and the items you've ordered. If you submit a product review, we collect the name, rating, and text you provide.

• To process, confirm, and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order's status or respond to a support request.
• To display approved product reviews, using your reviewer name and review text only.

Payments are made through M-Pesa, operated by Safaricom. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN. We receive the order amount, the phone number that paid, and the M-Pesa transaction reference needed to confirm your payment.

Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly. Only your chosen display name, star rating, and review text are shown. Your phone number and email address are never published.

We share delivery details with the courier fulfilling your order and necessary payment information with Safaricom to process your M-Pesa payment. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to retain it. Contact us on WhatsApp to make a request.
