Terms of Service

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice - the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We make every effort to describe products and specifications accurately, but occasional errors can happen. If a listing is materially incorrect, we'll contact you before fulfilling the order.

An order is only confirmed once your payment has been successfully verified. Placing an order and starting payment does not guarantee stock availability until payment clears - in the rare case an item sells out before payment completes, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

Payments are made through M-Pesa. By placing an order, you agree to Safaricom's applicable M-Pesa terms for processing your payment.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected county and shown before payment. See our Shipping Information page for estimated delivery times.

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Kwanza Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a purchased product, delays outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, or misuse of a product outside its intended purpose or manufacturer guidelines.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
