Shipping Information

We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Select your county at checkout and the delivery fee for your area is calculated automatically and shown before you pay.

Estimated delivery times from when your payment is confirmed:

• Nairobi: 1-2 business days
• Other major towns (e.g. Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Kiambu): 2-4 business days
• Other areas: 3-7 business days

These are typical estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to courier volume, weather, or your exact location.

After checkout, you're taken to an order confirmation page showing your payment and order status. You can revisit the page to check progress, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number for an update.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or you need to change your delivery address before it ships, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
